ARE YOU UNDER 25 AND HAVING A BABY?
You are so welcome here! We are Frome Baby Link, we work with young parents in Frome and surrounding villages. Our aims are to give equal access for all parents to the information and support that they want in pregnancy and early parenthood.
We believe it's really important to listen to what's important to you and what you need to have the best relationship with your bump and baby.
We invite you to have 3 one to one meet ups with one of our parent supporters.
We can meet at your home, or somewhere neutral in town. You can use this time to get to know us and find out about local groups and services that you may wish to get involved with. Our parent supporters are friendly, experienced, and non-judgmental - this is a great time to ask us anything parent related - there are no silly questions here!
Having got to know us - it would be a shame to say goodbye!
We will be running pop-up sessions in three of our partner parent support groups.
We will focus our pop-up workshops on the parenting topics you tell us matter to you.

How it works
Number 1 - Let's Meet!
When we get your WhatsApp message we will arrange a meet up, how about a coffee in town? We will work out what we can do for you. Maybe you have some questions about your babies development? We don't give clinical care but support you through non judgemental listening and giving access to the resources you need.
Number 2 - Meet Again
We can have a total of 3 one to one meetings before or after you have your baby. We will introduce you to our partner groups; Tiny Hearts, Frome Birth Talk and Baby Connections. We know it can be intimidating showing up somewhere new. So we help you to find a good fit and can arrange to meet you there.
Number 3 - Pop-Up Workshops
Our parent supporters Alice & Geraldine will be running Pop-up workshops at 3 of Frome's already established parent support groups. Tiny Hearts, Frome Birth Talk, and Baby Connections. We will put on workshops responding to the requests of our Baby Link parents.

About us
Geraldine worked as a midwife in the NHS for 20 years prior to moving on to develop
her career as a doula, infant feeding specialist, educator, and sexual assault response
advocate. During her time as a midwife Geraldine worked in many locations and social settings. Geraldine was a young parent herself and on her days off can be found enjoying music festivals and running trails.
Alice is completing a professional practice MA, an ex-early year’s educator with a post
grad specialism in 0-3s development. She worked in a children’s centre in Bristol, as an
educator and in family support with vulnerable families. She now offers private family support
as a doula and early parenting coach , she worked for Frome Birth Talk as volunteer co-
ordinator and as a co-director for Baby Connections.
